Territory Success Manager are individuals with the vision and dedication to provide world-class customer service to our dealer partners through training, development, retention and prospecting for business opportunities. The Territory Success Manager position offers a highly incentivized performance-based compensation package. A motivated and driven individual can earn up to and beyond a six-figure income.
Territory Success Manager are individuals with the vision and dedication needed to assist our current and future dealer partners with selling more vehicles, providing more value and retaining customers.
The Territory Success Manager is a challenging and dynamic position with an opportunity for advancement. As a Territory Success Manager with AutoPayPlus, you will be educating and training our current Dealer partners in the assigned area, along with acquiring new sources and contacts. You will manage and consult in all sales activities and account development for those dealers within the area assigned. You will also manage the quality and consistency of solutions and services delivery.
Being in a fast-paced environment, this role requires a consultative sales and management approach. Each Territory Success Manager will manage their own dealer base to understand AutoPayPlus so they can grow and succeed.
This is a full-time position, including full-time benefits. We are looking for highly motivated, highly dedicated candidates who are comfortable working in a field environment and traveling in a local market.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Territory Development amp; Sales Excellence
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize dealer partnerships and program enrollments within your assigned territory
  • Conduct proactive networking, warm outreach, and consultative selling to identify high-potential dealership opportunities
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure, ensuring exceptional dealer and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and territory performance to identify growth opportunities
Dealer Partnership amp; Training
  • Provide hands-on, in-person training to dealership F amp;I teams on AutoPayPlus enrollment processes, value propositions, and best practices
  • Conduct regular dealer visits (30โ€“90-day cadence optimal) to maintain relationships, troubleshoot challenges, and drive performance improvement
  • Present AutoPayPlus differentiators: RePayPlus reinsurance program, Benefits Calculator for F amp;I opportunities, VisionAST reporting, and PERKS loyalty program
  • Deliver compelling presentations to dealership leadership on program ROI, customer retention benefits, and revenue opportunities
Performance Management amp; Reporting
  • Utilize Creatio CRM to track all sales activities, dealer relationships, enrollment metrics, and territory performance
  • Conduct regular territory assessments to evaluate dealer performance, identify underperformers, and implement improvement strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, IT) to align territory strategies with company objectives
  • Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets and dealer partnership goals
Strategic Problem-Solving
  • Address dealer enrollment gaps and implementation inconsistencies
  • Identify and replicate success patterns from top-performing dealers across your territory
  • Troubleshoot technology integration issues with DMS and menu systems
  • Ensure dealers maximize AutoPayPlus features: multi-loan enrollment, PERKS program activation, and Benefits Calculator utilization
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (required)
  • 1-2 yearsโ€™ previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success
  • College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience)
  • Presentation skills (from initial creation to delivery)
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology
  • Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement
  • Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams
  • Previous Outside Sales Experience, (preferred)
  • Significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state driver's license

What will you do as our Territory Success Manager
  • Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate company products and services to all levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to you
  • Follow-up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity in both independent and franchise dealers
  • Develop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities
  • Constant and effective communication via phone and in-person visits with dealer partners to train on current solutions and processes
  • Develop, maintain and understand sales materials and keep up to date on current financial product knowledge
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and events for independent and franchise dealers

Direct Reports
This position does not have direct reports at this time. The Territory Success Manager operates independently within their assigned territory while collaborating closely with internal teams including Sales Leadership, Dealer Support, Marketing, Operations, and Training.
Working Conditions
This position is primarily performed in a field-based environment requiring significant local travel to current and prospective dealer partners within the assigned territory. Regular travel by automobile is expected. Work may be conducted in dealership offices, conference rooms, marketing event venues, and occasionally remote/home office settings for administrative tasks.
The role requires reliable transportation and maintenance of a valid driverโ€™s license. Travel schedules may vary daily based on territory needs. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required to support events, dealer training, or regional meetings.
This is a full-time position with standard business hours, generally Monday through Friday, with flexibility based on territory demands.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this position include the ability to:
  • Travel extensively by vehicle for prolonged periods.
  • Stand and walk for extended durations during dealer visits, trainings, and events.
  • Sit for prolonged periods while driving or completing administrative tasks.
