About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as the first Sales Representative based in Las Vegas. Reporting directly to Jason, Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening relationships with existing customers and driving growth across the region.
As the local face of the company, you will build strong customer partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and help expand our presence in this strategically important market. You'll benefit from the support of an established organization while enjoying the autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit needed to make a meaningful impact.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is excited about representing a growing organization, working closely with Jason and the sales team, and contributing to the continued success of the Vegas market.
What you'll do
  • Drive sales growth and increase market penetration across the Vegas region.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote our solutions.
  • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through prospecting, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Partner closely with Jason, Regional Sales Manager, and the broader sales team to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending value-added solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities throughout the region.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and forecasts within the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates on territory performance, key accounts, and sales pipeline development.

We are Offering
  • Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 USD (based on experience)
  • Performance bonus eligibility: up to 20%
  • Health, dental, vision, Life and Disability insurance (with employer contribution)
  • 401(k) with employer match (up to 5%)
  • Paid time off (PTO): 2 weeks (10 days)
  • Up to 10 additional days weeks during Christmas Holidays

We are Looking for
  • Sales professional with 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
  • CRM experience
  • Valid driver's license required.
