In your role as an LICSW, you will conduct a range of critical tasks that directly contribute to client health and well-being. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and creating effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Administering an array of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's specific requirements.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and upholding the highest ethical standards.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic and coordinated care.
• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to continuously improve care quality and outcomes.

This position primarily serves a diverse patient population within school settings, including children, adolescents, and their families. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
