Job Type: Full-Time or Part-time

Overview:

RPG Termite and Pest Control is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team! If you have a Branch 2 or Branch 3 license (or applicator license), great — but if not, we’re willing to train the right person who’s ready to learn and grow in this industry.

Responsibilities:

· • Perform termite and/or general pest control services in residential and commercial environments

· • Work in a variety of environmental and weather conditions

· • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly

· • Communicate clearly with office staff and customers

· • Follow safety procedures and company protocols

· • Work independently and with a team

· • Adapt to changing schedules and job demands

Qualifications:

· • Branch 2, Branch 3, or Applicator License (preferred, but not required)

· • Willingness to train and become licensed (for the right candidate)

· • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

· • Strong problem-solving and time management skills

· • Dependable and professional work ethic

· • Able to pass a Federal, State, & Local background check, as required by the State of California.
