Position Summary

The Additional Services Technician provides specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other pest management solutions. This role combines hands-on service delivery with exceptional customer care, ensuring high-quality results, accurate documentation, and safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.

  • Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.

  • Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.

  • Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.

  • Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience required and demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks, including operating ladders and power tools safely and effectively.

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

  • Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.

  • Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. This position offers an hourly base pay range of $17.00 - $19.00, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
