Termite Technician

What Youll Do

  • Follow a daily appointment schedule and arrive on time to customer locations
  • Perform termite inspections and treatments for residential and commercial properties
    (includes accessing crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces)
  • Interact professionally with customers and explain findings and next steps clearly
  • Follow all product label instructions, safety protocols, and company procedures
  • Document inspections and treatments accurately using a handheld device
  • Respond promptly to communication from management and team members
  • Identify opportunities for additional pest management programs when appropriate
  • Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and service-ready
  • Drive safely and comply with all traffic laws
  • Complete other duties as assigned

  • Flexibility with workdays and hours, including Saturdays as needed


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb as required

  • Ability to lift and carry equipment needed for termite treatments
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
  • Willingness to wear company-provided PPE and safety equipment
