Pest Control Technician

Multiple Levels:  Specialty 

Natran Green Pest Control is seeking motivated Pest Control Technicians at multiple experience levels. Technicians perform general pest, termite, rodent, and mosquito services using environmentally friendly green products. Advancement opportunities are based on qualifications, performance, and business needs.


What You’ll DoSpecialty Technician

Responsibilities vary based on training progress and competency.

  • Perform daily route services appropriate to training and licensing level

  • Follow Natran service standards, protocols, and safety procedures

  • Apply products according to label requirements

  • Create and interpret property diagrams

  • Complete Technician Core Process for every service appointment

  • Navigate PestRoutes and FieldRoutes apps

  • Prepare service documentation and reports

  • Maintain accurate timekeeping and inventory processes

  • Maintain a clean, safe company vehicle

  • Respond to customer and internal inquiries as needed

  • Remain on-call for same-day service appointments until 3:00 PM

  • Submit end-of-day Apprentice Form and check out with Field Service Manager

  • Complete termite documentation and required forms prior to initial services

  • Maintain daily communication with Region Team and assist with route coverage as needed

  • Inspect, design, quote, and install specialty services including mosquito misting systems, exclusions, and termites

  • Perform quarterly maintenance and refills on misting systems

  • Meet with customers by appointment and close new business

  • Ensure accurate system design based on property-specific conditions


QualificationsSpecialty Technician
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to obtain required certifications and licenses within designated timeframes

  • Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record

  • Ability to pass respirator fit testing (OSHA)

  • Comfort using mobile technology and Google-based tools

  • Ability to work rotating Saturdays and holiday on-call schedule

  • Active Texas Pest Control Technician License with Termite Category

  • Minimum 6 months as Apprentice with Natran or 24 months licensed experience in the industry

  • Consistent KPI performance and protocol adherence

  • HealthPro certification (general, mosquito, rodent)

  • Prior sales experience preferred

  • Ladder Safety Training (28’, 32’, 40’) required
