Job Summary:

The Termite/Sentricon Technician is responsible for the inspection, treatment, and prevention of termite infestations using the Sentricon system and other methods. This role involves both residential and commercial properties. The technician will maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure the effective application of termite control solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Termite Inspections:

ย ย ย - Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify signs of termite activity and potential risk areas.

ย ย ย - Use specialized equipment to detect termite presence and assess the extent of infestation.

2. Sentricon System Installation & Maintenance:

ย ย ย - Install Sentricon baiting systems around the perimeter of properties.

ย ย ย - Regularly monitor and maintain these systems to ensure effectiveness.

ย ย ย - Replace bait stations as needed and document all maintenance activities.

3. Termite Treatments:

ย ย ย - Apply liquid termiticides and other treatments as required by the situation.

ย ย ย - Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during application.

4. Customer Communication:

ย ย ย - Clearly explain the inspection findings and recommended treatments to customers.
