Job Details Salary: $40 to $42 per hour Job Type: Full Time Location: Rochester Hills, MI 48307 Position Overview As an Electrical and Air Conditioning Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through your technical expertise, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality service. You will troubleshoot, inspect, and repair vehicles while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with customers. Primary Responsibilities Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest technical tools and resources. Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy toward all customers encountered. Assist as a secondary greeter to customers in the service drive area to ensure all customers are acknowledged promptly. Stay up to date with technical publications, service communications, and terminal operations. Deliver safe and reliable vehicle service on the first visit, addressing all original customer concerns before offering additional services. Inspect vehicles for additional service opportunities in line with local and factory recommendations. Ensure vehicles are returned clean or cleaner than when received. Participate in all factory or in-house training programs as required. Complete and submit all necessary paperwork accurately and thoroughly. Qualifications and Requirements Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on various vehicle makes and models. Proven ability to meet or exceed service goals. Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance. Positive attitude with high energy and strong customer service skills. Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions and exercise sound judgment. Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent required. ASE certification or equivalent technical aptitude required. Technical or trade school degree is preferred.
