Job description


Responsible for the direction and control of the company's daily operations for the branch
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing Operation Supervisors, Coordinators and Dispatchers in all aspects of operations
• Responsible for communication with clients during assignments, preparation and distribution of updates and preparation, review and issuance of final reports
• Principal contact for the company's customers
• Takes the lead in investigating customer complaints and non-conformances
• Responsible for ensuring that company policy is followed by all direct reports
• Expected to represent the company at industry functions, engage in marketing activities with existing and potential customers
• Work closely with Administrative staff or Branch Manager in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of all jobs
Required Skills
• 5+ years experience in the Petroleum, Petrochemical, and Chemical industry required
• Hands-on experience of inspection and/or laboratory work strongly preferred
• Bachelor or Associates Degree preferred
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills required
