  • Job Title: Invoice and Terminal Services Coordinator
    Onsite position
    Position Summary:

    The Invoice and Terminal Services Contractor will support the Invoice and Terminal Services organization by helping manage setup activity and operational support for product terminals. This role is responsible for working customer, carrier, and product setup requests for terminal operations and assisting with troubleshooting carrier loading issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working across business and operational teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
    Key Responsibilities
    Terminal Setup Support
    • Process setup requests for customers, carriers, and products at product terminals.
    • Review setup requests for completeness and accuracy before processing.
    • Coordinate with internal business partners and terminal stakeholders to ensure setup activities are completed on time.
    • Maintain accurate master data and supporting records tied to terminal operations.

    Operational Issue Resolution
    • Help troubleshoot carrier loading issues at product terminals.
    • Partner with terminal operations, business users, and support teams to identify root causes of loading issues and assist with resolution.
    • Monitor and respond to issues that may impact terminal loading activities or customer service.
    • Escalate complex or recurring issues as needed and help track them through resolution.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience supporting business operations, customer setup, carrier setup, product setup, or master data processes a plus
    • Working knowledge of SAP S4.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to process requests accurately.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with limited supervision.
    • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
    • Strong problem-solving and issue-tracking skills.
