Job description

We are seeking a reliable, Class B CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for hauling and delivering dirt, gravel, sand to and from various local job sites across Central Texas. This is a local position perfect for drivers wanting consistent work and to be home every night. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Safe Operations: Safely operate a heavy-duty dump truck 
  • Pre/Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle (brakes, tires, fluids, lights, etc.) and accurately report any maintenance issues.
  • Logistics & Communication: Maintain accurate daily logs, trip sheets, and delivery tickets. Maintain clear communication with dispatch, site supervisors 


Qualifications & Requirements

  • License: Must possess a valid Class B (or Class A) CDL 
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience 
  • Clean Record: A clean driving record (MVR) 
  • Medical Certification: Valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate 
  • Skills: Ability to drive a manual transmission required 
  • Screening: Must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screening and background check. 



Hours Vary (up to 70 hours a week and up to 14 hours a day) 

Monday-Friday (Saturdays Optional)
4am-6pm** (Start time and end time vary based on job and location for day) 

Must be able to report to terminal in San Marcos daily
