Technical Skills-
โ€ข Proven success delivering technology solutions from concept through execution and maintenance across a matrixed, complex environment

โ€ข Experience with the Azure platform, ADF, ADW. Experience with Databricks a plus.

Responsibilities : Project Design & Delivery
โ€ข Serve as data expert across business groups, development and IT teams to provide direction on data sourcing, dataset structure and reporting views that meet documented requirements
โ€ข Partner with stakeholders and project team to assess the needs of the business and drive new reporting requirements to completion.
โ€ข Enable data architecture and solutions that best meet the analytics and reporting needs of the business. Drive clarity on requirements and ensure delivery meets agreed upon requirements
โ€ข Provide direction to report production teams on technology approaches and reporting outputs including dashboards, self-service portals and data visualization
โ€ข Takes ownership of functional scope analysis and detailed solution design of the processes/systems within the HRA Technology domain for each assigned initiative.

โ€ข Proactively reviews domain for risk and mitigations before they become critical. Continually keeps stakeholders, management and project managers informed of team activities and work-plan status.

โ€ข Collaborate with business and other IT partner teams to develop business capability and technology roadmaps, provides education on potential process and system solution options, and drives business/IT investigation of emerging strategic capabilities.
