Job description

Raintree Country Club is currently looking for someone that is highly motivated, hard-working, and reliable that can handle multiple tasks at the same time. Candidate must be able to be always professional especially when interacting with members. This job can be either full-time working 30-40 hours/week or could be a part-time job. Raintree Country Club offers exciting opportunities and benefits for our employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain all tennis courts early mornings 7 days a week. (5 clay courts) (4 hard courts).
  • Work hours as needed making sure courts are great shape before all league matches.
  •  Complete daily tasks that include brushing and lining the clay courts, blowing off the hard courts and sidewalks, raking leaves off clay courts, pulling weeds and cleaning up areas around edges of courts, refill water jugs and replace cups, clean water beds, empty all trash bins.
  •  Must Effectively communicate and correspond with applicable supervisor to coordinate, acknowledge, prioritize, and document complete work requested.
  •  Be able to work around members on the courts being kind and courteous.
  •  Be able to complete any tasks including pressure washing, painting, putting up and down windscreens, line repair, working with power tools, painting, cleaning benches and coolers, court resurfacing, etc.
Essential Functions:
  • Roll, brush, water, line, and repair courts daily to ensure optimal play conditions.
  • Refill coolers with ice, water, and cups.
  • Maintain court lines, nets, windscreens, shoe cleaners and court accessories.
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of tennis facilities, including walkways and spectator areas.
  • Support the Tennis Professional staff as needed to ensure seamless daily operations.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work well under pressure, coordinating multiple tasks at any given time.
  • Ability to focus attention on detail.
  • Ability to communicate courteously and effectively.
  • Ability to be always professional and courteous with members.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous tennis court maintenance experience preferred but not mandatory.
