Job description

Our client is a deep-technology company building intelligent platforms that help organizations understand complex environments, make better decisions and act in real time.

Their technology ecosystem combines advanced AI, multimodal intelligence, orchestration, edge computing and real-world operational systems. Through capabilities, they enable enterprises, governments and infrastructure operators to turn data from systems, sensors, cameras and operational environments into actionable outcomes.

As they are expanding across North America, we are looking for a commercially driven Sales Lead to build our presence in North America and accelerate enterprise growth across the region.
ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Lead will be responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities across the North American market.

This is a hands-on enterprise sales role for a strong hunter and closer who brings established relationships with enterprise customers, technology partners, systems integrators and channel networks.

You will identify strategic opportunities, open senior-level conversations, build regional partnerships and lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through commercial closure.

The successful candidate will combine strong market relationships with personal drive, commercial judgement and the ability to position sophisticated technology around real customer and operational challenges.

· Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic customer opportunities.

· Leverage existing relationships with enterprise clients, government entities and senior decision-makers.

· Identify customer challenges that can be addressed through our client’s AI, intelligence and orchestration capabilities.

· Develop strong relationships with technology partners, systems integrators, managed service providers and channel partners.

· Build partner-led and integrator-led routes to market.

· Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation and closure.

· Work closely with Solutions Architecture, Product and Engineering teams to shape credible customer solutions.

· Coordinate demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-concepts and executive presentations.

· Develop account & new business development plans for strategic customers and regional partners.

· Respond to RFPs, commercial tenders and strategic partnership opportunities.

· Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting and opportunity reporting.

· Represent our client at customer meetings, industry events and regional partner engagements.

· Provide market intelligence on customer demand, competitors, procurement dynamics and emerging opportunities.

· Help shape our client’s commercial strategy for North America.

· Proven track record of personally closing deals with individual deal values in multi-million-dollar USD range.

· Proven success in opening, developing and closing complex enterprise deals directly with clients and through partner-networks.

· Strong long-standing relationships with enterprise customers in North American region.

· Established network across systems integrators, technology partners, consultancies or managed service providers.

· Demonstrated ability to generate opportunities independently rather than relying only on inbound leads.

· Strong hunter & farmer mentality with a consistent focus on pipeline creation and revenue closure.

· Experience engaging senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, business leaders, operations executives and government decision-makers.

· Strong commercial negotiation and deal-structuring capabilities and closing multi-million dollar deals.

· Ability to understand customer business challenges and position technology around measurable outcomes.

· Experience managing long and multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

· Strong presentation, relationship-building and executive communication skills.

· High level of personal ownership, resilience and commercial ambition.

· Fluent Portuguese and strong professional English.

· Willingness to travel across North America when required.
