Job description

The Finance Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional administrative and operational support to the Finance Department. This role plays a key part in ensuring the department runs smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
This is a temporary position. Expected dates: August 1 through February 28
Some of the responsibilities include:
  • Assist with processing AP/AR, preparing weekly check runs, and billing receivables to vendors and within the company, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Manage email correspondence, filing, and document organization
  • Perform monthly condo-related tasks and assist with 1099 tracking
  • Run, save, and file daily reports in an organized and timely manner
  • Oversee main safe turnover and support monthly compliance audit processes
