Temporary Patient Liaison | Golden, COReporting to Regional Manager
Employment Type: Part Time
Shifts are available for weekdays and weekends!
Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ) is a network of imaging centers built and managed through a partnership between Radiology Imaging Associates and HealthOne. Our imaging centers are conveniently located throughout the South Denver area and offer a variety of exams using state of the art equipment. Our services include MRI, CT, digital mammography, ultrasound, pain management, DXA, X-Ray, and image guided biopsies. Our mission is to improve the health of patients in the communities we serve by proving them with the highest quality imaging and associated medical care.
Summary of Position:
This is a part-time temporary non-permanent position with an estimated timeframe of July 15th, 2026 to September 20th, 2026 - with possibility of up to 3 to 6 months. In this temporary position, you will provide professional customer service by greeting patients, preparing patients for MRI exams, and assisting/directing patients with other support functions within the company in a clinical setting.
Job Responsibilities:During a typical day you will...
  • Provide professional customer service by greeting patients, assisting with patient questions, and providing a great experience
  • Prepare patients for MRI exams
  • Safely transport patients to and from MRI exam area via wheelchair
  • Maintain a clean and orderly clinic lobby area
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience/Skill Requirements:
  • Knowledge of medical terminology strongly preferred
  • Must be able to lift/push 50lbs regularly
  • Healthcare experience required
  • Professional customer service and communication skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Must be flexible and reliable
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak in English

Compensation for this role is between $19.00 and $21.50 per hour based on experience.
In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Invision Sally Jobe's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This temporary position is expected to operate from approximately July 15th to September 20th. This position will accept applications on an ongoing basis, and will remain open until filled.
