Position:  General Kitchen Worker            <\/span>
<\/p>

Department:  Chief Steward           
<\/p>

Primary Responsibilities: (guest interaction, ordering responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)<\/i><\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span> Performs duties of Warewasher, Night Cleaner, Yardman, Potwasher, and Silver Attendant
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span> Responsible for all duties in Kitchen
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span> Sets up dishes for chefs
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span> Fills milk and cream containers for wait staff
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span> Sets Kitchen and Kitchen outlets for service
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span> 
<\/p>

Secondary Responsibilities:
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span> Perform Banquet service - keep tables stocked with food
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span> Transport dishes to outlying areas
