Position Overview

Gasser Chair is seeking a motivated, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant to support executive and administrative functions during a temporary leave of absence.

This position will play an important role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of our Corporate Office continue to run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

The Administrative Assistant will work closely with executive leadership and corporate team members while supporting scheduling, communications, expense reporting, document preparation, and other administrative functions.

What You'll Be Working On
  • Providing administrative support to executive leadership and corporate team members
