Position Summary: Administrative Assistant - Temporary
Are you an organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment? Easton Motors is looking for growth-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Creative Finance division through the summer. Reporting directly to the Corporate Attorney and Innovation Director, you will be more than just a support staff member -you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to refining legal processes and driving operational excellence.
Requirements
Position Duties / Essential Job Functions:
  • Under the direction of the Corporate Attorney and Innovation Director, assists with all aspects of legal compliance for bankruptcies, garnishments, judgments, repossessions, and other related tasks.
  • Assists with document preparation and e-filing various types of actions.
  • Complete documents, applications, and forms with high degree accuracy.
  • Manage deadlines, tasks, and calendar to ensure adherence to schedule for legal or court proceedings.
  • Handle follow-up tasks and inquiries by phone and e-mail.
  • Assist Paralegals/Legal Assistants and administrative personnel with inquiries and issues related to customer accounts.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience within the legal field or office setting
• Background in collections, garnishments or bankruptcies preferred but not necessary
• Working experience with MS Office; computer software and internet proficiency
