Join Deloitte's Customer practice as a Consultant, Functional Transformation, where you will help clients improve marketing operations and business processes through Adobe Workfront. In this role, you will advise on solution design, lead configuration efforts, and support enterprise transformation initiatives across the Adobe ecosystem. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that drive adoption, efficiency, and business value.

Work you'll do

As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead client discovery sessions, gather business requirements, and advise on Adobe Workfront leading practices and solution design.
  • Design, build, and configure Adobe Workfront functionality, including custom forms, project templates, reports, dashboards, approval processes, milestones, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, companies, expense types, layout templates, filters, views, and groupings.
  • Provide guidance on integrations and automation across client platforms, including use of Fusion.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support and training to users.
  • Support internal capability development through knowledge sharing, service definition, training, and partner certification.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of Adobe Workfront system configuration and implementation experience as a Workfront System Administrator or consultant
  • 1+ years of Workfront implementation and project optimization experience
  • 2+ years of integrations and system architecture experience
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Active Adobe Workfront certification as a Project Manager or Core Developer Professional
  • Adobe Experience Cloud certification in Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, or Adobe Marketo
  • Hands-on Fusion experience
  • 1+ years of experience leading multi-platform Adobe solutions as a product owner, technical client service lead, or solution consultant

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,700 - $170,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
