IT Systems Administrator (Associate Level)

We are seeking a motivated IT Systems Administrator to assist with Windows systems administration, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity support, troubleshooting, and end-user support in a hands-on infrastructure environment.  This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career IT professional looking to grow into a broad infrastructure and cybersecurity role.

Responsibilities and technical focus areas may be adjusted based on the candidate’s experience, strengths, education, and professional development goals.

Key strengths a candidate should possess:

  • Networking skills (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing)
  • Windows domain administration 
  • Ability to use network management and monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with virtualization
  • Familiarly with cybersecurity and compliance standards

Willingness to grow and learn is essential.
