Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience with general outpatient neuro, general outpatient ortho, sports/athletes, geriatrics, and post-op cases

Assignment Details

• Patient population includes general outpatient neuro, general outpatient ortho, sports/athletes, geriatrics, and post-op cases
• Productivity expectations include 16 scheduled visits per day and 80 scheduled visits per week
• Productivity expectations include 12 treated visits per day and 60 treated visits per week
• Expected cancellation and no-show rate is 25 to 30 percent
• Expected evaluation volume includes 2 evaluations per day and 10 evaluations per week
