  • Complete accurate, timely incident documentation for all medical calls in accordance with applicable protocols and company policy

Safety & Coordination
  • Conduct walk-throughs of the event space to identify and proactively report potential safety hazards to operations management
  • Maintain and inventory all first aid and emergency medical equipment, ensuring readiness before each operating night
  • Coordinate with local EMS, fire, and law enforcement contacts to ensure seamless escalation protocols are in place and understood
  • Support safety briefings and staff orientations as directed by event leadership

Guest & Staff Experience
  • Respond to all guests and staff with professionalism, calm, and compassion-especially in high-stress situations
  • Remain composed and effective in high-volume, high-stimulation environments involving crowds, theatrical effects, and low-visibility nighttime conditions
  • Serve as a visible, reassuring presence for guests and crew throughout the event footprint

What You Bring
  • Current, valid EMT certification (Basic or higher) in [applicable state] is required-proof of certification must be provided prior to first shift
  • Minimum 1 year of field or event EMS experience strongly preferred; mass-gathering or live event experience is a plus
  • Strong assessment and triage skills with the ability to make clear decisions quickly under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with a large production team, local EMS, and management
  • Organized and detail-oriented-reliable documentation and equipment management are essential
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions for the full duration of each shift
  • Reliable and consistent attendance throughout the full season-evenings, weekends, and holidays required
