As a Seasonal Bartender, you’ll play a key role in creating a lively, engaging environment that enhances every guest experience. You will craft a wide range of beverages with precision and personality, ensuring each drink—whether a signature cocktail or a timeless classic—is delivered with excellence and flair. Energetic, attentive, and customer-focused, you’ll help set the tone of excitement while maintaining safety, professionalism, and high service standards throughout each event.
Key ResponsibilitiesCraft Memorable Moments
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks—from event-themed cocktails to classic favorites and creative mocktails—with accuracy and style.
Deliver consistent product quality and presentation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Master the Mix
Recommend drink selections and upsell featured event specials to enhance guest enjoyment.

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process cash and card transactions.
Balance the register or cash drawer at shift end, following company procedures for accountability.
Keep It Spooky Clean
Maintain a clean, organized bar area, ensuring all tools, glassware, and ingredients are prepared and stocked.
Follow sanitation and safety guidelines consistently.
Safety First
Check identification to verify legal drinking age per state and company requirements.
Monitor for signs of intoxication and uphold all responsible alcohol service policies and laws.
Team Player Mentality

Support setup, restocking, and breakdown of the bar area before and after events.
Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of hire.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility will be verified through EVerify.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
Experience using POS systems for order entry and payment processing strongly preferred.
Strong customer service, communication, and basic math skills.
TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability under pressure.
This is a seasonal position tied to events produced by Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group. Employment is at will, and there is no guarantee of continued or repeat employment in future seasons or events.
Hourly Rate: $16.27/hr plus tips
Employment Type: Late September - Early November 2026
Work Schedule: Evenings, weekends, and holidays required during the operational season
This is a seasonal/temporary position with an anticipated end date. Employment beyond the stated season is not guaranteed.
Pursuant to Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the hourly pay rate for this position is listed above.
This position is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits. In accordance with Colorado law, employees will accrue paid sick leave as required under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act.
