Warehouse Assemblers โ€“ 1st & 2nd Shift $16-$17/hrChesterfield, MI

1st Shift: $16.00/hr | 2nd Shift: $17.00/hr

Looking for a steady, full-time warehouse job with overtime and long-term potential? We're hiring Warehouse Assemblers to join a busy packaging facility in Chesterfield, MI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values hard work, reliability, and teamwork.

No two days are the same in this fast-paced environment! If you enjoy working with your hands and staying active, this could be the perfect fit.

Available Shiftsโ˜€๏ธ 1st Shift โ€“ $16.00/hr

Monday โ€“ Friday

  • 6:00 AM โ€“ 2:30 PM

  • End times may extend as late as 6:30 PM depending on production needs

2nd Shift โ€“ $17.00/hr

Monday โ€“ Friday

  • 2:30 PM โ€“ 11:00 PM

  • Mandatory overtime as needed

Overtime Requirements
  • Mandatory Saturdays (when scheduled): 12:00 PM โ€“ 6:00 PM

  • 12-hour shifts may become mandatory based on production demands

  • Shift end times are dependent on workload and customer orders

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assemble large industrial cardboard boxes for commercial packaging

  • Use glue guns and staple guns to build and secure boxes

  • Fold, stack, and prepare packaging materials

Qualifications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift

  • Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks

  • Manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required

  • Dependable with excellent attendance

  • Willing to work mandatory overtime when needed
