Cardinal Staffing is hiring Sanitation Associates for a clean, modern produce distribution warehouse in Brooklyn, MI. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
The Sanitation associate position is working 2nd shift (4:30p-1:30a) Monday- Friday, with some Saturdays available for overtime. Starting pay is $16/hr. This is a temp to hire position with growth opportunities available. What You'll Do
  • Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, and workstations to meet food safety standards
  • Follow GMP and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and compliant facility
  • Remove waste, debris, and packaging materials from production areas
  • Restock sanitation supplies and maintain organized cleaning stations
  • Support the production team by ensuring a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform routine sanitation checks throughout the shift
What We're Looking For
  • Previous sanitation, janitorial, warehouse, or food production experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for 8-10 hours
