Job description

  • Instruct in all areas of Nurse Assistant program, which includes instructing/supervising students during the required clinical rotation
  • Follow the progress of all students and complete student forms as required by sponsoring agencies, Pearson VUE, and Greenville Technical College
  • Interface/communicate/provide feedback with the staff/administration at the clinical sites
  • Take an active role in the revision of all planning for curriculum changes, lab procedures
  • Track students as they progress through the program and meet with the program manager on a regular basis
  • Assist program manager with administrative duties as requested
  • Assist in maintaining all required reporting data and work product including but not limited to tracking students Pearson VUE testing successes or failures
  • Assist in employment education/career opportunities and strategies for the students
  • Manage classrooms/labs in a cost effective manner, utilizing available resources and maintaining needed supplies - on a regular basis, plan and coordinate supply orders for all classrooms
  • Keep current on regulatory changes in trends in areas of responsibilities
