Job description

Overview

The Digital Imaging Specialist is responsible for capturing, editing, and publishing high-quality photographs and 360-degree virtual tours of apartment communities and apartment homes. The Imaging Specialist will partner directly with marketing and onsite property teams to capture aesthetically pleasing community photos to deliver branded virtual tours that enhance apartment leasing online. The specialist will impart ethical editing practices that preserve photographic integrity while producing immersive virtual tours for prospective residents.

*This is a temporay with a duration of 3-6 months*


Responsibilities
  • Capture 360-degree photos and walkthroughs of apartment units, amenities, and community spaces using designated camera equipment.
  • Stitch and edit 360 images using specialized software to create cohesive, high-quality virtual tours.
  • Ensure consistency, lighting quality, and visual accuracy across all captured content.
  • Upload, publish, and organize virtual tours on hosting platforms (Teliportme, Vimeo, YouTube), company websites, internet listing sites, and/or content management systems.
  • Maintain file organization, naming conventions, and storage standards for all media assets.
  • Coordinate with property teams to schedule shoots and ensure readiness of units/spaces.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of camera equipment and software tools.
  • Follow brand standards and quality guidelines for digital content.
  • Meet production timelines and volume expectations across multiple properties.

Qualifications
  • Experience with photography, videography, or digital media production.
  • Technical aptitude with camera equipment and software tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Photo editing and file management skills.
  • Familiarity with 360-degree camera equipment and virtual tour software (e.g., Matterport, Ricoh Theta, or similar tools) is a plus.
  • Room staging and/or floor planning experience is a bonus.
  • Ability to produce accurate work with a strong commitment to detail and visual quality.
  • Ability to stay organized and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently across multiple locations.
  • Ability to work across multiple locations, in apartment homes, and within active community environments.
  • Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.
