About the Role

Our Customer Service department has temporary full and part-time openings for Customer Service Representatives. These are remote positions.

Location

Remote — open only to residents of MA, NH, or ME Schedule: Full and part-time temporary customer service representative openings available for employment through September 21, 2026.

Required Experience

  • Prior experience using eGain for customer service or case management
  • Prior experience using AccuTerm for terminal emulation / order processing
  • Strong communication and spelling skills
  • Typing skills (minimum 30 words per minute)
  • Basic PC skills and experience using the internet

Working From Home Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet of at least 25 Mbps (hard-wired ethernet connection required)
  • A private, quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Computer and monitor will be supplied during on-site training
