The company addresses every need for fast-start power generation: turbine and package manufacturing, turnkey project execution, power purchase agreements, and asset lifecycle care for turbines and plants. Where others see impossible energy challenges, PROENERGY provides innovative aeroderivative solutions.
Our Footprint

In Sedalia, Missouri, our 600,000 sq ft Center for Excellence in Manufacturing—a world-class investment in fast-start power and the only campus of its kind in the world—is growing by 40 percent.
In Houston, Texas, our 500,000 sq ft Center for Excellence in Lifecycle Care features a Level-IV depot and aero repair facility, which executes comprehensive services for aeroderivative engines under one roof.
In Kansas City, we have an office with an Engineering team that supports our sought-after solutions for turnkey projects and contracted power.
And our worldwide service centers ensure local service expertise near our customers. Our expanding service footprint includes Phoenix, Buenos Aires, New Brunswick, and additional locations in Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
Our Philosophy
We take care of our people and strive to make a positive difference for the world. We offer competitive pay, excellent benefits that include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life/Disability Insurance at minimal cost to the employee, 10 paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401K plan. Position Summary
The Vice President of PowerFLX leads PROENERGY’s project execution teams in delivering large-scale EPC construction and power installation projects. Reporting to the SVP of PowerFLX, this executive provides strategic and operational leadership across the division - driving project delivery excellence, profitability, and long-term growth.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, combining operational oversight with deep involvement in project controls, contracting, and commercial risk management. The VP establishes tools, processes, and performance standards to ensure safe, high-quality, on-budget execution of major energy projects while developing the next generation of construction and project management leaders within PowerFLX.

Work Location: 8310 McHard Road, Houston, TX 77053 or 2001 Proenergy Blvd., Sedalia, MO 65301

Reports To: SVP PowerFLX
Position Responsibilities
  • Lead PowerFLX operations to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Oversee day-to-day functions and long-term strategy for the line of business (LOB), including staffing, training, and team development.
  • Provide strong, visible leadership to project management, construction, and engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Establish, manage, and regularly update operational budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
  • Drive process improvement and standardization in project controls, reporting, and risk management.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define and execute business strategies that expand PowerFLX’s market presence.
  • Oversee commercial management of major EPC contracts—negotiations, change orders, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards (OSHA, ISO), and client contract requirements.
  • Build a high-performance culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop project leaders; ensure succession planning for key positions.
  • Report division performance to SVP and CEO, providing data-driven insights on progress and risk mitigation.
  • Champion customer satisfaction and stakeholder communication across all projects.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of EPC project leadership experience, ideally with both field and corporate exposure.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-discipline construction projects or portfolios exceeding $100M.
  • Expertise in project controls, commercial contracting, and change-management processes.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing P amp;L for a large operational division.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, coach senior managers, and develop scalable processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
  • Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.
