  • Drive safety culture, compliance, and housekeeping standards (OSHA, internal policies, and industry best practices)
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including on-time delivery, accuracy, productivity, cost, and turnaround time
  • Partner closely with procurement, project management, facilities, and data center teams to align on schedules and resolve bottlenecks
  • Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, carrier relationships, and reverse logistics for high-value equipment
  • Identify, implement, and sustain process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Provide regular reporting, risk assessments, and escalation to senior leadership
  • Hands-on support during peak periods, including extended hours or weekends as required
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated success leading teams and improving warehouse operations in fast-paced environments
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, inventory control, and warehouse best practices
  • Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and vendor/carrier relationships
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and perform physical tasks in a warehouse or data center environment
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL or Conroe, TX with flexibility for extended hours
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Prior experience in data center, hyperscale, construction, or high-tech manufacturing supply chain
  • Forklift certification and deep knowledge of material handling equipment
  • Lean/Six Sigma, APICS, or other relevant certifications
  • Proven track record implementing process improvements and technology solutions
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • This is a temporary position (with potential for extension)
  • Position is subject to pre-employment drug and random drug/alcohol testing
