Description
Under general supervision, the KMOS Production Specialist will perform technical work in the production of bi-weekly student production for air on KMOS-TV and online content for Red Digital Studio. Knowledge of the principles, practices, techniques, technology, and standards of video production and shot composition are needed. Standard video production, Adobe non-linear editing, graphic creation, and music skills are needed. The following skills are needed: the ability to plan, research, script, block, organize, edit, light, and stage video productions. Multiple positions are available.

Education:
  • Currently Enrolled in UCM courses
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:

Supplemental Information
Working Hours and Days:
  • Work nights and weekends as required
  • Schedule varies based on Production projects
  • No more than 20 hours a week
The working conditions will require the carrying of equipment weighing over 30 pounds for extended periods of time and the ability to transport and assemble various pieces of video and audio equipment. This equipment is neither small nor light.
Special Instructions:
