Ideal candidates must be within a comfortable commutable distance. We are looking for candidates that are available to work Monday through Friday the hours of 7:00am-3:30pm with overtime available. Potential for a permanent position based on performance. If you continue to excel, we would be excited to discuss future opportunities with you.As a Warehouse Technician, you will assist clients in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse by performing supply distribution, shipping and receiving, inventory, and housekeeping tasks in a refinery work environment. Experience is not required, but related experience is a plus.Responsibilities Include:Move inventory and materials across facilities.Process inventory for delivery.Sort, organize, and store inventory in proper location.Package items and label correctly.Scan delivered items and certify quality.Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.Unload inventory from trucks or shipping containers and delivery to proper location.Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.Move materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations.Receive and count stock items, and record data manually and/or logging into database.Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms or warehouses.Verify inventory by comparing to physical counts of stock to database. Investigate discrepancies and adjust errors.Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities.Record usage or damage of stock and stock-handling equipment.Examine and inspect stock items for wear, defect, or damage and report to supervisors. Return items to vendors as needed.Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies to customers or installers.Wear safety gear at all times.Keep warehouse neat and orderly and perform light cleaning duties as needed, such as sweeping.Consistently meet deadlines and KPIs.Complete and pass all assigned trainings on time.Enter daily time and expenses into ERP software.
