We’re looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager who is passionate about food quality and leading a strong back-of-house team. You’ll support the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring a safe, efficient kitchen environment. What You’ll Do

  • Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
  • Support the kitchen team by leading by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.

What You Bring

  • 1–2+ years of experience in a kitchen leadership role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team dynamic.
