Position Specific Information (if Applicable):
STEM School Highlands Ranch is seeking a temporary employee to provide dedicated individual student support. This position is week-to-week and may be up to 40 hours per week, depending on ongoing need.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide attentive, compassionate individual support to ensure student safety and engagement throughout the school day.
โ€ข Support the student's participation in classroom activities, transitions, and common areas.
โ€ข Collaborate with teachers, student support teams, and administrators.
โ€ข Follow school policies, confidentiality standards, and directions from staff.
โ€ข Perform other tasks as assigned to support school operations.
Qualifications:
โ€ข High School Diploma or equivalent
โ€ข Ability to pass a criminal background check
โ€ข Strong commitment to student learning and development
โ€ข Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
โ€ข Responsive and proactive communication with students and faculty
โ€ข Experience working in a diverse, fast-paced, and collaborative environment preferred
Physical Requirements:
