JOB SUMMARY Provides leadership, direction and strategies for maintenance function consisting primarily of maintenance planning, routine maintenance, turnaround planning/execution and capital/expense projects. Actively participates in labor-management committees (where appropriate) and in developing and strategic/operational plans and budgets. Leadership accountability for safe, environmentally sound and reliable operations of Maintenance across all Delek sites. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required) In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Ten (10) or more years Management experience (Required) Fifteen (15) or more years experience in maintenance for large production operations (Required) No Licensure or Certification Required.
