Position: CNC Machinist

Shift: 2nd Hours:3:30pm-12:00am
Type: Full-Time Mode: Temp to Hire
Industry: Manufacturing Rate:$21-25
Our client is looking for a responsible CNC Lathe Machinist this is a Temp to Hire position with our key manufacturing client. To be considered for this role, you will need 3+ years of experience as CNC machinist; Aerospace experience preferred.

  • Verify dimensions using standard measuring instruments, such as micrometers, depth gauge, height gauge, and verniers.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and operations sheets.
  • Familiar with Lean practices, 6S, and contributing to a continuous improvement environment.
  • Follow all safety requirements regarding machine operation including proper guarding.
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent
  • 4+years or more years in aerospace manufacturing environment desired.
  • 3+ years or more experience operating 4 Axis Grinding machine preferred.
  • Exceptional mechanical ability.
  • Good math skills.
