Greeley Dental Health is an established general dentistry clinic seeking an experienced Temp Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) to join our team full-time, Monday-Thursday. This position will befrom August 17-November 26 which will help usprovide coveragewhile one of our current employees is out on leave.

  • An EDDA with one or more years of experience working in general dentistry

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5:15pm
Compensation: $26-$30/hr

Responsibilities:
  • A thorough review and update of the patient's health history
  • Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory
  • Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations
  • Assist the dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry
  • Place fillings, fabricate temp crowns, pack cord and seat temp crowns
  • Provide post-operative care instructions
  • Assist with ordering and stocking supplies

Requirements:
  • One or more years of hands-on Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA) experience
  • Two or more years of experience as a dental assistant in a general practice
  • Active CPR certification or willing to obtain
  • X-Ray Certification required
