WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in die making, machine operation, assembly, or related manufacturing preferred (we will train the right person)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and customer specifications
  • Proficiency with manual/automated rule bending equipment and hand tools
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using ERP/job tracking systems
  • Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to cross-train across departments
  • Experience in packaging, printing, or converting environments preferred

WHY WORK AT CTI

  • Competitive pay: $20 to $30 per hour based on experience
  • Afternoon/evening schedule: skip the commute traffic, keep your mornings free
