DISC Surgery Center is seeking a Per Diem Radiologic Technologist for our Marina Del Ray, CA location. This location specializes in Spine, Orthopedic, and Pain management procedures.
In this position, you will:
  • Evaluate radiographs for technical quality and store films according to center policy and guidelines.
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and files according to center policy.
  • Calculate and regulate equipment using the established technique, knowledge, and skill.
  • Knows and practices the principles and procedures of sterile technique.
  • Set up and operate radiation equipment in operating/procedure rooms.
  • Assists physician with imaging procedures.
  • Assists patients with pre and post-procedures according to center policy and established guidelines.

To ensure success in this role, you must have:
  • ARRT (R) certification
  • Fluoroscopy certification
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
  • BCLS certification or able to obtain BCLS certification within 90 days of hire
  • Experience using C-arms in the OR
  • 3 years plus of radiology experience preferred

Pay Range: $45.00 - $55.00/hour
