The Academy/Sports Event Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, development, and daily operations of a premier archery academy serving participants from beginners to elite level athletes. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality instruction, innovative programming, and exceptional customer experiences while driving growth through strategic partnerships and targeted marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Development & Curriculum Management
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive archery curriculum for all skill levels, from introductory courses to high-performance training.
  • Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of programs, clinics, leagues, camps, and special events that meet the needs of varied clientele.
  • Ensure instructional quality, consistency, and alignment with industry best practices and competitive standards.

Operations & Staff Leadership
  • Oversee daily academy operations, including scheduling, facility usage, and program execution.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate academy coaches and staff to maintain a high standard of instruction and professionalism.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on athlete development and customer satisfaction.

Business Development & Relationship Management

  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, policies, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:
