Job description

Active in all aspects of CCTV/alarm projects with focus on Solink Management. OPS liaison and Safety Support 

This position reports to the Vice President, Asset Protection & Safety Management. This position is remote based. The CCTV Project Manager (Temp) is responsible for the successful execution of Project Accelerate. Project Accelerate is a short term, focused project to fast track Solink to a minimum of 82% completion by the end of 2026. This individual will oversee the entire project including, develop and maintain deadlines, collaborate with key support personnel as needed and ensure a seamless implementation of each implementation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Tracking of Project: 
  • CCTV blueprints review 
  • Plan and execute all aspects of Project Accelerate 
  • Development and maintain project timelines 
  • Gantt Chart Development and Update 
  • Hold stakeholders (internal and external) accountable for deliverable dates 
  • Minimum weekly stakeholder call 
  • Hold stakeholders accountable and provide details on any missed deadlines, responsible parties and track percentage of on time deliverables and on time compliance percentage of each team 
  • Weekly TB with VP for detailed status reports and analysis review 
  • Track individual spend for each project against provided budget 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor 
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams 

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: 

  • Ability to work flexible shifts in a 7/365-day team-oriented environment 
  • Ability to communicate (orally and written) effectively using the English language 
  • Be able to demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills; possess advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) 
  • Foster a work environment that inspires trust, respect, professionalism, and teamwork to achieve goals 
  • Possess analytical skills sufficient to conduct applicable research to determine relevance of information and interpret its meaning, while arriving at accurate conclusions 
  • Use financial analysis skills sufficient to interpret budget and actual costs 
  • Be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a demanding and continuously evolving environment 
  • Demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and self-confidence 

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent is required 
  • Experience in retail/food service with project management background. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Retail stores, restaurants, warehouses, or office environments
