Job description

Job Title: Solids Control/Centrifuge Operator
Location: Drilling Rig in the Bakken Region

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Solids Control/Centrifuge Operator to join our team at a drilling rig site in the Bakken region. This role is essential to maintaining safe and effective drilling operations by handling solids control equipment and centrifuges. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, safety-conscious, and committed to completing tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Solids Control/Centrifuge Operator on a drilling rig.
  • Certifications:
    • PEC Certification
    • Basin 1 Way Certification
    • H2S Certification
    • First Aid/CPR Certification
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of centrifuge operations and solids control equipment, with a focus on safety and adherence to protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain solids control and centrifuge equipment.
  • Monitor and adjust equipment as necessary to optimize performance.
  • Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure safe operation.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and standards, particularly in high-risk situations.
  • Work collaboratively with the rig team to support overall drilling operations.
