Job description

Overview
We are seeking a Technical Writer to join its Global Product Team. This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and publishing high-quality internal and client-facing documentation that supports product integrations, implementation activities, and ongoing customer success. The ideal candidate combines strong technical writing expertise with project management skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content. Experience leveraging AI tools for content development and documentation management is highly valued.

  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate them into clear, accurate, and customer-friendly documentation.
  • Ensure all published content adheres to documentation standards, style guidelines, and quality assurance processes.
  • Own the end-to-end documentation lifecycle, including intake, drafting, review, approvals, publication, and maintenance.
  • Prioritize and manage documentation requests through JIRA, coordinating timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Establish and facilitate documentation intake, review, and publishing cadences with global product stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation inventories, version control records, publication logs, and working drafts.
  • Develop and manage capacity planning workbooks to track project milestones, publication schedules, service-level agreements (SLAs), and business priorities.
  • Utilize AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, and similar platforms for content drafting, quality reviews, style consistency, and process optimization.
  • Drive stakeholder accountability by coordinating content reviews, tracking deliverables, managing deadlines, and facilitating alignment meetings.
  • Support publication and distribution of documentation to internal and external repositories.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Technical Writing, preferably supporting client-facing products, technical integrations, or software documentation.
  • Proven experience developing documentation for technical audiences such as developers, fraud analysts, payment professionals, or similar stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), implementation guides, and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and automation tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
