Description
The Monmouth County Maintenance Repairer (Low Pressure License), monitors and maintains lower pressure boilers. Performs a variety of repairs and preventative maintenance work involving electrical, plumbing and construction. Overtime is required at the discretion of the County. All shifts available. During winter months, duties include snow removal. $36,000 + $2,000 Stipend
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Ensures boilers are reading at correct temperatures.
• Adjusts and repairs to boilers, motors, and blowers.
• Perform routine, preventative, and general maintenance.
• Responds to emergency maintenance repairs.
• Snow removal during winter months.
REQUIREMENTS:
LICENSES:
• Valid NJ driver's license.
• Current, valid Black Seal Boiler Operator License of the appropriate type (high or low pressure) issued by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
