Job Description
We are hiring team members for our Oaks/Phoenixville location. Team members will be acting as cashiers/sales associates; managing all customer transactions with efficiency and a smile. Responsibilities include but are not necessarily limited to customer service, daily chores, and restocking. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service and/or retail position and some knowledge of cash registers and POS systems (we use Square). Open availability is strongly preferred, as are applicants with a background in customer service. Priority interviews will be given to candidates with strong resumes, references, and experience that relates to our industry. We have a small team and we enjoy a friendly, proactive and cooperative work environment; employees who wish to remain with us long-term will come to work prepared to be friendly, proactive and cooperative. Responsibilities
  • Manage transactions with customers using cash or credit
  • Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
  • Issue receipts, handle refunds/exchanges where warranted
  • Redeem stamps and coupons
  • Cross-sell/upsell products and introduce new ones
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
  • Greet customers when they enter the store and bid farewell when they leave
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
  • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
  • Bag, box, or wrap packages
  • Restocking and unpacking new stock
  • Be a team player

  • Have a functioning phone and reliable transportation
