Job Summary:
Greet and escort guests to tables. Maintain a courteous/efficient operation to ensure guest satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Greet guests and seat them promptly with menus
  • Take drink orders
  • Check guests to make sure they are not waiting long
  • Assist in bussing tables
  • Get desserts
  • Perform side work as required
  • Close guest checks
  • Check sidework for bussers, food servers, snack bar
  • Answer phones
  • Break other food outlets
  • All other duties that may be assigned

Requirements
Work Environment:
  • Must be willing to work any shift when necessary
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke

Requirements:
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English; Bilingual a plus
  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have Gaming Registration or ability to obtain same
  • Must have Health Card or ability to obtain same
  • Previous experience required; at least six months preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to move quickly around property
