Job description

Senior Full Stack Data Engineer (Foundry + React)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Data Engineer to lead the development of a mission-critical compliance reporting platform. This is a unique "bridge" role where you will be responsible for the entire data lifecycle-from architecting backend datasets to building sophisticated, user-facing frontend components.
The ideal candidate thrives in environments where data integrity is paramount. You will build auditable, intuitive reporting experiences that translate complex data into actionable insights for compliance and audit stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
• Backend Engineering: Build and maintain robust datasets and complex transformations within a Palantir Foundry ecosystem.
• Frontend Development: Architect and develop responsive UI components using React and TypeScript to visualize compliance workflows.
• Systems Integration: Seamlessly integrate backend data structures with frontend views to ensure a high-performance, data-driven user experience.
• Audit & Compliance focus: Design UI/UX workflows specifically tailored for transparency, auditability, and regulatory rigor.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and data engineers to align technical outputs with strict compliance expectations.
Technical Requirements
The Essentials:
• Languages: Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Frontend Mastery: Significant professional experience with React and TypeScript.
• Application Building: Proven track record of building end-to-end, data-driven applications.
• Seniority: Experience operating at a Level V (Senior/Staff) capacity, capable of making architectural decisions.
Highly Desired (The "Plus" Factors):
• Direct experience with Palantir Foundry.
• Familiarity with Foundry Workshop or Ontology-based UIs.
• Background in supporting audit-driven reporting or highly regulated industries (e.g., Utilities, Finance, or Infrastructure).
• Experience building internal platforms or specialized compliance tools. Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans
