Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Job Description:

Position Title: Student Worker - Administrative Assistance - Waco Civic Theatre

POSITION SUMMARY - This position is ideal for students looking to gain experience in arts administration or nonprofit management, developing organizational and office management skills. This position is reserved for Federal Work Study (FWS) students only. 

FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
Support the theatre's administrative staff with daily operations.
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.
Assist in grant writing and fundraising efforts.
Run errands including returns and/or deliveries.
Maintain records and databases for memberships and donations.
Provide general office support, including filing and data entry.

REQUIRED Hard / Specialized Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite
Scheduling and Calendar management

Data Entry and Record Keeping
